今朝は5時に起きて、朝食とお弁当作り。娘が、6時の電車で部活に行くといいましたので。
それから、全然眠くなくて、ずっと仕事してたりしたら、お昼前頃に頭が痛くなってきました。睡眠不足のせいです。昨夜は、12時半ごろに寝ましたから。
こんな時には、寝るのが一番で、お昼を食べたら、1時間ほど、お昼寝をしました。
今でも、まだ頭痛が残ってますが、だいぶ楽になりました。
やはり、睡眠時間はとらないといけませんね。
I got up at five this morning, and prepared breakfast and a lunchbox for my daughter. She told me last night that she would go to school to do the club activities by the 6 o’clock train.
I didn’t feel sleepy at all after that, and went about my business. Then I had a bad headache before noon. It was from lack of sleep. I went to bed at past twelve last night.
It is best for me to get a sleep when I have a headache. So I took a nap for an hour after I had lunch.
I still have it now, but feel much better.
I must have a good sleep to stay in good physical condition.
