What season do you like? I like summer.

Why do you like summer? Because I like swimming.

初めて習う表現です。どのようにして教えるのでしょう。

MAT （マット）メソッドは、ただ、リピートさせるだけの教え方でなく、手順があるので、難しい表現になると、それを覚えるのが大変です。

その場で、練習もするのですが、うまくいくかな。

いつも、１００％覚えて帰ることは出来ないので、いつもレコーダーに録音しています。

で、あとで聞き返して、練習するんです。

一番、最初に参加した時、「さあ、やってみなさい。」と言われて、絵カードを持ったものの、さっぱり、何も覚えてなくて、何もできず、恥ずかしく悔しい思いをしました。

ハリソン篭橋 紫（かごはし・ゆかり）先生に、その時、「恥をかいて覚えるんですよ。」と言われたのを覚えています。

明日も、元気出していきます。

I’m going to Osaka to attend the Study Group Meeting to learn how to teach English to Kids tomorrow.

I wonder how the teachers will teach them to us.

In MAT method, students don’t learn English only by repeating. It has procedures to get students to learn English effectively. It’s hard for me to acquire the pocedures if they are complicated.

We are made to practice after we learn them. I’m afraid I’ll not be able to do it well.

I can’t remember all of what I have learned, so I always record the meeting in order to listen and practice later.

When I first attended it and was asked to do what the teacher did, I wasn’t able to do anything and felt ashamed. Then, the teacher told me that I learn a lot with shameful experience.

I’ll pick up my spirits and do my best without caring what the other teachers think.
