子どもに教える際、最初のボタンを掛け違えると、それを元に戻すには早目がいいです。うまく戻せないで、時間がかかると戻すのが、不可能か、難しくなります。
先生は、子どもに、優しいことも大切なのですが、ダメなことはダメとか、指導の方針とか、はっきり、子どもに伝えないと、子どもは、おしゃべりをしててもいいんだとか、宿題をしなくてもいいんだとかと甘い考えを持ってしまいます。
私は、教室を始めた最初は、それがうまくできませんでした。ですから、ボタンを掛け違えたままで、うまく戻せないでいるクラスもあります。
小学生でも、ぼーっとしてたり、口パクだけだったり、アクションしてない子は、ちゃんと見てて、そのチームにはポイントを入れなかったりして、がんばる意識を高めます。
これらは、みんな、早い方がいいです。
「最初が肝心」と言いますものね。
You should put your buttons back in their place early when you do up them wrong. This is true of teaching to children. If you take time to do that, it will be impossible or very hard to get back to normal.
It’s important for teachers to be kind to children, but teachers should tell them their policy strictly, otherwise, children take advantage of teachers’ kindness.
When I started my school, I couldn’t do it very well, and I still haven’t been able to manage some class well.
I make even elementary school children concentrate on my lessons or rouse to action by not giving them points if they are distracted, lip-sync, don’t make actions.
The sooner, the better.
In anything one does, a good start is half the job.
