この前の低学年のクラスでのアクティビティー。
生徒を一列に並ばせ、一人を先生にして、先頭に立たせました。私も生徒の一人になりましたよ。先生は、Walk. Run. Go. Stop.と号令をかけながら、教室を回ります。
これは、みんな、喜んでやってくれ、おとなしい男の子も、楽しそうに笑いながら号令をかけ、動き回っていました。
普段の、センテンスを言う練習では、ちゃんと覚えて言えるようにしなくちゃというストレスがあると思うのですが、この活動では、体も動かせるし、遊び感覚で、できたんでしょうね。
低学年では、英語を少しでも、覚えさせようとするだけでなく、ゲームで勝ち負けを競わせるだけでもない、こういった気楽な活動も大事なのだと思います。
あと、ロールプレイもうまくいきました。

このあたりの表現は、もうばっちりなようです。
もっと、言える表現を増やして、生徒同士で自発的に会話できるようにもっていきたいです。
One of the activities in the previous class for the lower graders of elementary school.
I made one of the students a teacher. The teacher stands at the head of the line of the students. Well, I became a student. The teacher says “Walk.” “Run.” “Go.” “Stop.”, and the others followed and moved around the classroom. All the students did the activity enjoyably. Even the quiet boys laughed while they were ordering to the others and doing the actions.
They may feel stressed when they practice saying sentences in ordinary lessons, but in this activity, moving around was fun for them and it was like a play.
In the class for the lower graders, it’s important not only to make them practice sentences, compete each other in games, but also to give them activities just for fun.
Role playing also went well.

They did it without much difficulty. I want to get them to communicate to each other spontaneously.
